01. Discovery & Strategy

This initial phase is about understanding your unique goals.

We begin with background research on your property and an introductory call to discuss your objectives—whether they are tenant attraction, employee retention, or creating a new revenue stream.
When we figure out some initial goals to explore, we move forward with a strategic engagement to gather property information in the next step.

Key Deliverable: Signed agreement to develop your property's custom EV Blueprint.

02. Analysis & Planning (The EV Blueprint)

This comprehensive phase focuses on developing your customized roadmap and strategic implementation plan.

We perform a comprehensive site audit and a detailed electrical load calculation to determine your property's true capacity.
We then create a preliminary engineering design and manage a competitive bidding process with our network of vetted electrical subcontractors.
We combine this real-world cost data with knowledge of local and federal incentives to build a final, data-driven plan. This complete blueprint is then presented for approval.

Key Deliverable: Comprehensive EV Blueprint document, including a detailed financial model (ROI, NOI, payback period) and a firm, fixed-price quote for the full turnkey project.

03. Project Management & Installation

Once the EV Blueprint is approved and the main project contract is signed, we move to flawless execution.

As your single point of contact, we handle every detail: procuring all hardware and software, managing the electrical subcontractors, securing all county permits, and coordinating with NV Energy.
We provide you with regular progress reports throughout the entire process, ensuring a seamless installation with minimal disruption to your property and its users.

Key Deliverable: A professionally installed, commissioned, and operational EV charging system.

04. Activation & Onboarding

A successful launch is more than just flipping a switch. We manage the full "go-live" process.

This includes setting up your network software, configuring pricing and access rules, and creating and distributing custom-branded marketing materials (emails, flyers, and on-site signage) to ensure your end-users know exactly how to use the new amenity.
We also provide training for your on-site staff including how to onboard new users.

Key Deliverable: A successful launch with all users onboarded and a fully trained on-site staff.

05. Operations & Support (The Assurance Plan)

Our partnership continues long after installation.

Through our ongoing "Assurance Plans," we provide comprehensive, white-glove support to ensure your amenity is always reliable.
This includes proactive 24/7 station monitoring, a support line for your drivers, automated billing and revenue deposits, and managing all future on-site maintenance and service needs.
